To be honest, I was really worried before if I could be a part of Google Adsense. I have read that some bloggers have been applying for years after numerous times of getting rejected. So I was thinking that a newbie like me would not be able to make it, but I was wrong. My dream as a blogger has just come true and now, I’m starting to earn from my blog.
What’s even more surprising? When I applied, my blog was just a month old with only 11 posts to start with. Yes, you read it right. Note that I have no clue or whatsoever on how to do the right thing in order to get approved by Google Adsense. I just read some articles online and that’s it. As you know, what’s applicable to someone may not be applicable to me but I’m hoping my tips here could help you.
So let’s start now and help you get through your Adsense application. What I’m going to share is based on what I do with my blog. Some bloggers get approved after a week or so, but I think it’s worth sharing why I got mine in just 24 hours. I had only one attempt so I’m really thankful.
7 Tips to Get Adsense Approval in 24 hours
Write rich content for your blog.
For me, this is the most important factor that you have to consider. What do you blog about? Is it helpful to your readers? Always bear in mind that your content will keep your readers or visitors stay. You don’t even need to be a professional writer in order to blog. Anyone can write. Just make sure your grammar is good.

As I mentioned earlier, I only had 11 blog posts to begin with when I applied to Adsense. So the number of posts don’t matter as long as you have high-quality content. I suggest you write 500-1,000 words per post. Avoid writing short ones because Google may doubt if they’re good and informative enough to your readers.
2. Use Google Search Console and Adwords
If you are a newbie to blogging, you would ask what are these platforms. Believe me, I had no idea about them when I started, but I realized later on that they are really helpful for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes. With these tools, you can crawl yourself on top of the search results in Google. Using them will convince Adsense that you are serious with your blog.
When I started, I used to pay a little amount for Adwords just to check if it’s really working or not. I created my campaign to display my blog on the first page of Google right at the top. It was a paid advertisement because I’d like to see how many visitors I could get through it and I was amazed by the results. But I don’t really require you to pay for Adwords. You can just set up an account for free and use the keywords guide for SEO.
Google Search Console, on the other hand, is used to index your blog. You can submit and check the sitemaps of your blog. It’s one of the helpful tools Google has in order for your blog to rank high in the search results. It’s free so don’t worry. Just take advantage of it especially if you’d like to target visitors from a certain country.
3. Adhere to Copyright Rules
Do not use images or graphics for your blog straight from Google. You won’t be approved by Adsense for sure if you do. Value copyright as it’s your ticket to getting approved. This also goes the same way with your blog posts. You can’t just copy other’s work.
So where I can get photos for my blog? Of course, you don’t want your blog to be purely texts or your visitors will get bored reading. In my case, I create graphics for my blog as I have the basic knowledge using software applications like Photoshop. Sometimes, I used stock photos as well.
There are a lot of stock imagery sites where you can download and use photos for free. However, don’t forget to give credits to the photographer. In particular, I use Unsplash to get some free, but high-quality images. See the image I used for my post about freelancing tips.
4. Make your blog SEO-friendly
Contrary to Tip #2, I’d like to discuss more here about using SEO for your blog posts using a plugin in WordPress. If you have your domain hosted by a provider, you can make use of Yoast SEO plugin so you can manage your blog by using keywords and meta. It will help you to optimize your blog in order to be seen in Google’s first-page search results.

7. Set up your Contact and About Us Pages
To give Adsense the impression that you’d like to connect to your blog’s visitors, it’s essential that you set up your Contact and About Us pages. Tell something about yourself like your hobby or skill. It doesn’t matter what you share about yourself, big or small.
If any of your users would like to inquire something, they can easily send you a message through your Contact page. Then, you can consider their feedback, suggestions or questions. Again, this gives Adsense the idea that you are open to your blog’s visitors. It’s a way to gain trust.
